Founded in 2014 by McKay Baxter, MJB Welding is built on over 12 years of hands-on technical expertise. After initially launching the company, McKay spent several years sharpening his craft in some of the industry’s most demanding environments, including large-scale pipeline operations in North Dakota and a four-year tenure at Nucor Steel.
In 2020, McKay returned to his roots, relaunching MJB Welding with a mission to bring industrial-grade precision to Northern Utah and Southern Idaho. Today, he operates as a dedicated owner-operator, ensuring that every project, from structural steel erection to custom shop fabrication, receives the benefit of his diverse, high-level field experience.
